1. Standard Service: Ship us your controller using our prepaid label. We'll upgrade, test, and calibrate before returning it to you.
2. Express Exchange: Receive a factory-refurbished controller with the latest firmware in as little as 2 days, minimizing downtime.

Upgrade Eligibility: Any Compressor Controller manufactured prior to July 2024.  

All controllers shipped after the update release include the latest firmware. If you purchased within 90 days of an update release, you're eligible for a complimentary upgrade.
